It is with gratitude, humility, and great enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Notre Dame Junior–Senior High School. Returning to school leadership in a Catholic setting is a blessing, and I am honored to join a community with such a proud history of faith, academic excellence, and family spirit. Notre Dame is more than a school. It is a community rooted in the Gospel, strengthened by tradition, and animated by the dedication of teachers, staff, parents, and students who care deeply about one another. I am grateful for the warm welcome I have already received, and I look forward to meeting
each of you personally in the weeks ahead.

As I begin this role, my first priority is simple: to listen, to learn, and to build relationships. Every school has its own heartbeat, and I want to understand what makes Notre Dame special to you — your hopes,
your concerns, your traditions, and your vision for the future. I will be present in classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, and at school events, getting to know our students, families and supporting our faculty.

My leadership is grounded in three commitments:

• Faith at the center — ensuring that Christ is encountered daily through prayer, community, and service.

• Excellence in academics — supporting teachers, strengthening curriculum, and helping every student grow.

• A culture of respect and belonging — where students feel safe, known, and encouraged to become the young men and women God calls them to be.
